About
Empowering Neurodiverse Lives in Melbourne's Northern Suburbs
Spectrum 3 INC is a registered not-for-profit organisation based in the northern suburbs of Melbourne. We are committed to empowering neurodiverse individuals by providing inclusive programs that support social connection, physical wellbeing, and essential life skills.
Everyone deserves the opportunity to engage with their community, improve their health, and grow in confidence. Our programs are designed to meet people where they are, offering 1-on-1 support, small group sessions, and fully integrated community activities—so each person can participate in ways that suit their goals and comfort levels.

Core Services
Our core services include
S3 Martial Arts – Inclusive martial arts that build strength, discipline, and confidence.
S3 Gaming (Future, in Development) – Safe, structured social spaces for creative play and connection.
S3 Life Skills (Future, in Development) – Practical workshops that promote independence and reduce stress.
Founded by families who understand the daily realities of supporting neurodiverse loved ones, we are driven by both lived experience and professional care. We're working toward NDIS provider registration and Deductible Gift Recipient (DGR) status to ensure sustainable, affordable access to our services.

Mission
To empower neurodiverse individuals and their families—especially those impacted by the isolation social disruption of the early 2020's—by delivering inclusive programs that rebuild social connection, physical wellbeing, and everyday life skills. We are equally committed to supporting parents and carers by creating a trusted community hub where they can connect, share, and find guidance.
Vision
Empowering Neurodiverse Lives in Melbourne's Northern Suburbs
To create a strong, supportive network in Melbourne’s northern suburbs where neurodiverse individuals and their families can regularly access inclusive programs, build confidence, and connect with others in a safe and welcoming environment.
Policies and Guidance for Other Organisations
We don’t usually lead with policy work—but if you’re after it, we’ve got you covered. Fair warning: what follows is said with a bit of tongue-in-cheek humour, but we’re absolutely serious about the outcomes.
There are plenty of consultants out there who will happily charge a premium to help you tick boxes and write polished policies.
If that’s your path, we can even point you in their direction—many of our board members are deeply experienced in governance, compliance, and all that good stuff.
But if you really want us to do it, we will—on one condition. We’ll charge you three times what you’ve been quoted elsewhere, and you’ll be audited by us every year against your own deliverables. Yes, there will be a cost for that too.
What you’ll get? The best governance documentation anyone’s ever seen, and a system that actually works in practice—not just on paper. Everyone can feel proud, and we’ll put every dollar earned straight back into programs that deliver real-world impact for neurodiverse individuals.
Or…
Make a donation, and we’ll teach someone from your team to write the policies themselves.
We’ll help review them, guide the process, and maybe even throw your logo on a t-shirt we wear around the place as a thank you.
But only do this if you’re serious. Our board are compliance fanatics—with the skills, insight, and passion to match.
