The S³ MISSION
Our mission is to empower neurodiverse individuals, youth, and older Australians through martial arts, dance, fitness, and practical technology skills. By promoting inclusion, health, and community engagement, we break down barriers and champion accessibility. We deliver tailored programs, forge strategic partnerships, and advocate for public welfare, fostering supportive, multigenerational networks that ensure equal opportunities and independent living for all.
The S³ VISION
Inclusive Pathways for Every Student
Our vision is a fully integrated Australia where programs are open to everyone—neurodivergent, neurotypical, and older adults alike—yet tailored to those in need. By bridging digital, physical, and social divides through world-class mentorship, active movement, and practical tech, we unlock equal opportunities and break down barriers. Together, we rebuild connection, purpose, and confidence to transform lives affected by lockdowns and social isolation.
S³ PROGRAMS
Inclusive martial arts for strength, discipline, and confidence.
Practical workshops for independence and everyday confidence.
Safe, structured spaces for creative play and social connection
S3 Community
Our program dedicated to easing cost-of-living pressures while also supporting our wider mission, recycled, upcycled and brand new items for sale and available to members at zero cost where applicable.

Terry Walsh has dedicated himself to creating a vital community space for neurodiverse children, families and older people. As CEO and co-founder of Spectrum 3 INC.
Terry leads inclusive programs that build confidence, social connections and life skills, ensuring people of all ages feel supported, valued and connected.
If Terry is successful, the grant will fund two high-efficiency air conditioners at the community hub, keeping the space safe and comfortable year-round, enhancing participant well-being and engagement.
