Goju Ryu karate in a Relaxed Atmosphere focusing on balance, movement, and strength building in a safe and adaptive way. This Class focuses on all aspects of Karate. It include Sparring / Kata / Cardio / Technique Improvement - We focus pads and shields and Students will be encouraged to have their own gloves and guards.
Suitable for Neurodiverse and the wider Community.
Some Aspects of this class will require adjustment for students, Students will typically work with a partner or in small groups to help with Socialisation and self improvement.
