Returns Policy
Items sold by Spectrum 3 INC are often donated, purchased at auction, or classified as second-hand.
While many products are technically new and still in their original packaging, Spectrum 3 INC cannot guarantee the product’s warranty or performance and therefore sells all items as-is.
Products are typically offered at 60% off the recommended retail price (RRP) to reflect their classification and the fact that proceeds directly support our not-for-profit programs.
Condition and Representation
All items are inspected before sale to ensure they are in reasonable condition.
Photos are indicative only — product variants, finishes, or packaging may differ slightly.
Some items may show minor cosmetic marks, open boxes, or missing non-essential packaging.
Spectrum 3 INC does not guarantee manufacturer warranty, compatibility, or installation suitability.
Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of second-hand and donated items:
No change-of-mind returns, exchanges, or refunds are accepted.
Refunds or replacements will only be considered where required under Australian Consumer Law, for example if a product:
- Is significantly different from its description;
- Is unsafe; or
- Is faulty in a way that makes it unusable, and that fault was not disclosed before purchase.
If a return is approved, Spectrum 3 INC may offer a replacement item or store credit in lieu of a cash refund.
Returned items must be in the same condition as supplied, with any included packaging.
