Open to everyone of all ages, skill levels, and experience, the program builds discipline, confidence, and practical self-defence skills. We specialise in tailoring training to meet neurodiverse needs, ensuring each participant can progress in a structured and supportive environment.

S³ Zumba & Cirl Mobility
S3 Zumba is a fun, inclusive dance-fitness program that gets people moving and connecting. With uplifting music and simple routines, sessions support cardiovascular health, coordination, and confidence, welcoming neurodiverse individuals, families, and the wider community.

S³ Super Seniors
S3 Super Seniors is a gentle, movement-based program designed to support older adults in staying active, connected, and confident. Sessions focus on balance, flexibility, light strength work, and coordination in a safe and supportive environment, helping participants maintain independence and overall wellbeing while enjoying social connection.

S3 Fitness & Personal Training offers tailored training programs designed to build strength, improve fitness, and support long-term health. Whether through one-on-one personal training or small group sessions, programs are structured around individual goals, ability levels, and lifestyle—helping participants move better, feel stronger, and stay consistent.
